Sharjah aquarium is located in Al Khan area and it is situated just opposite to Sharjah Maritime Museum. So if you are visiting Sharjah aquarium then from ticket counter of Sharjah aquarium you can purchase ticket of Sharjah Maritime Museum also from same counter. There is no ticket for kids below 2 years. This is an educational aquarium and it has two floors with different tanks showing different water species. Inside this museum visitors can learn about how activities like maritime trades, pearl hunting & fishing etc were done in past. There are various big sized wooden models placed in this museum.
